3rd South Asia LPG Expo - Bangladesh 2022

With support and participation from major players such as India Oil Corporation, South Asia LPG Expo (SALPG) shows off the very best services, technologies, and products from across the LPG Bangladesh value chain in South Asia. 

This event attracted more than 3,000 visitors in its first edition held in Mumbai. We are pleased to announce that the event would rotate to Dhaka, Bangladesh in October 2022.

Besides the expected huge turnout from Bangladesh, the 3rd South Asia LPG Expo – Bangladesh 2022 is expected to attract major local and international LPG stakeholders to participate especially from key markets of India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Through the various event platforms, you can expect that many new LPG business opportunities in this region would be discussed at the event. 

Demand for LPG in Bangladesh has been growing exponentially from less than a million tonnes to about 3.5 million tonnes in less than 10 years. Increasing energy demand and projected shortage of natural gas are bolstering this growth driven by the increasing use of LPG in households, industries, and real estate sectors.

LPG infrastructure has accelerated with rapid development in the rural areas in Bangladesh, new strategies amidst alternative fuel sources and climate change will open new opportunities to investors across the value chain. 

This momentous event in Bangladesh in October 2022 will bring more than 1,000 business representatives and government officials for helping to enhance sustainable business development opportunities in South Asia.
